It's in the confirmation email you received after booking, and on the printed booking ticket. Format usually starts with the embassy code (e.g. ETHEHAG2…).
Booked = submitted online. Confirmed = booking saved and the email sent. Appointment = day of your visit at the embassy. Completed = service has been rendered and the booking closed.
