Passport Extension - تمدید پاسپورت

The Embassy of Afghanistan in the Netherlands is pleased to further facilitate the service of passport extension to the Afghan citizens.

• please upload  a standard biometric passport photo using the link https://image.afghanconsulatemunich.de by entering your passport number. The uploaded photo will be used for extension.

Documents Compulsory for Passport Extension:
    1- Complete Application Form
    2- Copy of the payment receipt 
    3- Copy of verified Tazkira by Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
    4- Dutch ID
    5- Current Passport

Compulsory Documents for children born in the Netherlands:

If a child has born in the Netherlands and would like to apply for passport extension, his/her parents must provide the following required documents:
    1- Parents Tazkira or Passport
    2- Parents’ Marriage Certificate
    3- Child Birth Certificate 
    4- Current Passport

Further Guidelines:

APPLICATION Form: 
The application must be filled carefully in English and in Dari or Pashto for each applicant, with special attention to name and surname’s spelling, date of birth (Day/Month/Year), other details and accurate current address.

PASSPORT EXTENSION FEE: 
The fee for one passport extension with the duration of 5 years is 100 Euro.
