Identity Confirmation

The Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Munich is committed to providing streamlined services for Afghan citizens seeking identity confirmation. Please carefully review the following requirements and guidelines to ensure your application is processed smoothly.

Required Documents for Identity Confirmation:

Applicants are required to submit hard copies of the following documents:

1. Completed Application Form
   The application form must be completed in both Dari and English, with careful attention to the spelling of names, date of birth (Day/Month/Year), and all other personal details. Ensure the information is accurate and up to date.

2. Keen Relative’s Tazkira or Two Afghan Witnesses
   Submit two copies of a verified Tazkira from a close relative, such as a Father, Grandfather, Uncle, or Cousin.

3. Host Country Identification (Dutch ID)
   The original ID card of your host country (Dutch ID/) must be presented, along with a clear photocopy.

4. Passport and Tazkira (if available)
   If the applicant already possesses a valid passport and Tazkira, copies of both documents must be submitted with the application.

5. Biometric Photo
   A recent, high-quality biometric passport-size photograph is required. Ensure the photo meets official biometric standards.

Fee Payment:

The identity confirmation fee is 50 EURO. Payment is to be made in person via card at the Consulate General at the time of submission. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Important Guidelines:

• Ensure all documents are complete and readable to avoid delays in processing.

• Applicants are strongly encouraged to verify all personal information on the form before submission to prevent errors that could result in rejections or delays.

• Please bring original documents for verification during your appointment, even if you have submitted photocopies.
